Emily,

I love you and we are praying for you up here in Michigan! I sent out a prayer request for you online too. God is in control and the only reason this is happening is because you are a POWERFUL little warrior for the Lord and satan is scared of you! But you will rise up fully out of this because God is in CONTROL and will take care of you. I love you.
Many prayers and hugs,

Emily,
When praying for you yesterday morning, the Lord gave me two Scriptures about waters not overwhelming you,  Is 43:2 and Psalm 124.  But I believe that Is 43:1 is for you also.  It tells the Lord's heart toward you.  Let's substitute your name in it, "...And He who formed you, O Emily: 'Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are MIne."  Then verse 2 and the promise that He will be with you in your current circumstances.  Bless you and your family.  Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers!

We just want you to know you are constantly in our prayers throughout our day everyday. Something that keeps ringing in my ears when I'm praying for you and your family is to stand firm on the word of God and do not be moved by what you see and hear.

We are so happy to know that your sight is coming back. Praise God!!! Think of the testimony you have to share and the lives that you have impacted and will continue to impact because of this storm you are barreling through right now. God is going to use all of this for his glory. We will continue to pray until you are completely healed. You ARE healed in Jesus name! Stand on that Emily and don't except anything less. :-)

Hi My Dear Emily,
I am so happy to read your continue recovery  I KNOW you have blessed all the Drs. and Nurses, and have shown them your Love for Jesus. Do you remember a few Sunday's ago, when Tracy's little boy went up on the platform for his Dad to pick him up. We were singing a special worship song, and the Lord showed both us... that is What He wants us to do..... I know HE has had HIS Arms around you, holding you very tight with his Love and Strength. You and all your family are in my prayers.
It will be wonderful to see you back in Church.
Love you and miss you. Ms. Alice Bowles, Aiken, SC

Emily,
I think of you and pray for you often - on the day of your surgery my 5th period geometry class had  a moment of silence for you.  The kids were constantly asking about your health and progress.  Students wrote notes on the board "pray for Emily" - they call me at home... "how's Emily?"  Apparently I'm not the only one who's praying and thinking of you often!!  You are a very special young lady - you captured my heart the very 1st week of school and obviously that of many others.  There are so many students, whether they know you personally or not, who truly care about you and what you are going through.
Mother Teresa has said that when the trials of life seem to be overwhelming, she is reminded of scripture that states God's promise that He will NEVER give us more than we can bear.  So when it gets really tough - she says that she "Thanks Him for the compliment!"  You've been surrounded with family, friends, school mates and TEACHERS who love you and care about you and are going to pray you right through this ordeal. Your courage, strength and beliefs strengthens us all.
I've been reading your progress daily - you continue to be a Christmas Miracle.  I'm confident that God will use you and this entire ordeal to strengthen the faith of all who know you.
I love you Emily and pray that you and your family have a blessed and joyous Christmas AT HOME!
With much love,
Mrs. Mary Thomas, Aiken, SC

Emily,

I am so proud of you and your level of faith. You remind me why I love teaching children. Your walk of faith and your tenacity through this challenge will be an encouragement for many people (of all ages) for years to come. I do believe there is a change in the winds. Mom and Dad, the fruit you see right before your eyes is a result of what you have sown into your child's life early on. Bless You, Bless You, Bless You for "training up your child in the way she should go (and when she is older, she will not depart from it.")

Merry Christmas Zimmermann Family...Home for Christmas!

You are an incredible young lady that walks in such integrity.  I'm believing that through your witness, we will all know, without a doubt, God's AMAZING GRACE.  My parents taught me a Scripture when I was 3 years old...I have remembered it all of my life..."My peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you.  Not as the world giveth, give I unto you.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."  John 14:27.    Do not fear what Satan can do...trust in what God will do.  You are my hope of AMAZING GRACE.

Emily,

I know that this is a hard time for you and your family. And sometimes God  chooses to use our hard times in ways that we don't even realize until we look back them later. This is something that only God can fix, and I believe that he will. God has perfect timing and his timing is not always our timing, but know that he has total control over your life and he loves you more than anyone on this earth ever could. He only wants the best for his children.....rest in that Emily.....rest in that and know that he is God.

Emily,
The Lord does not leave his work unfinished (Phil. 1:6).  I am praying, along with others here in Indiana, for your complete and total restoration!  Like the rising of the sun, when the Lord comes, the enemy is as powerless as the darkness to stop him.  " Joyfully giving thanks to the Father who has qualified YOU to share in the inheritance of the saints in the KINGDOM OF LIGHT.  For he has rescued us from the DOMINION OF DARKNESS and brought us into the KINGDOM OF THE SON HE LOVES, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins."
